Bandung, Indonesia

Bandung is the capital of West Java, approximately 150 km from Jakarta. Bandung offers shopping paradise at Cihampelas Walk. It is home to a famous dormant volcano, Mount Tangkuban Perahu where traveller can go closed to the crater.

Other popular travelers’ destinations are scenic Situ Patenggang lake, Sari Ater Hot Spring and White crater or Kawah Putih  where travellers can go down to crater and touch the water. As the name suggests the colour of entire crater is white.

How to get there?

Bandung can be reached by car in just slightly more than 2 hours from Jakarta, depending on the traffic condition and day of travelling. Travelers can also choose other modes of transportation from bus, train to van from Jakarta. International flights to Bandung are available directly from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Pokhara, Nepal

Pokhara is the second largest city in Nepal after Kathmandu. Due to its proximity to the Annapurna mountain range, the city is also a base for trekkers undertaking the Annapurna Circuit. While in Pokhara, travelers must also visit Sarongkot a famous hill station for sunrise and Himalayan range view, David fall, Gupteshowor Mahadev Cave, Phewa lake and Bindabasini temple. 

On the way to Kathmandu, along a narrow and winding road, Manakamana Devi Temple by Cable Car, is yet another must visit place.

Travelers can either travel by road, which takes approximately 6 to 7 hours through a narrow and winding road from Kathmandu  or a domestic flight which only takes 1 hour.
