Dal Lake And Mughal Garden @ Srinagar, Kashmir, India

Dal Lake and Mughal Garden are both located at Srinagar, the largest city and summer capital of  the Indian State of Jamu and Kashmir, commonly known as J and K.

Dal Lake is the main attraction to the city. It covers 18 square kilometer of areas, responsible for million lives. Houseboats and Dal Lake are closely associated with Srinagar, also known as "floating palaces". While small, non-engine boat, called "Shikara" is the only mean of transportation around the lake, including serving the houseboats' customers. During winter, from October to March, the lake freezes as the temperature drop to below zero centigrade.

Other must-visit place in Srinagar is Mughal gardens. A group of gardens built by the Mughal in the Persian style of architecture.
