Changeable Hawk-Eagle @ Wilpattu National Park, Sri Lanka

Chnageable Hawk-Eagle (Nisaetus cirrhatus) is another species of Hawks can be found Wilpattu National Park. The raptor can be found on a matured forest where the land is free from vegetation.
