Ketawai island is located very near to Bangka island, Bangka-Belitung province of Indonesia. The island can be reached approximately 40 minutes journey by a small fisherman boat from Kurau fisherman village located at central Bangka.
Ketawai island is considered very small in size. Visitors can go around the whole island through the beach which only takes about 40 minutes on foot. Featured by beautiful white sandy beaches and crystal clear sea water, Ketawai island can be considered the best of it's kind in Sumatra. A perfect place to get a way from the city, undisturbed destination for honeymooners and fabulous outing place for family.
