Le Tour De Langkawi, Malaysia

Sport photography is yet another kind of very challenging field of photography. It requires different set of knowledge, skills and equipment to capture the best moment of the event. Depending the type of sporting event, choosing the right location obviously is the most crucial factor for getting the best shots.

  2. The determination and commitment to win can be seen here. Sometimes during sport event like this, apart from capturing the athletes, capturing the audience's excitement can be fun too especially when their favorite athlete or team won. Besides that, capturing the frustration of losing the game for both athletes and audience could bring various emotions to the photos. From these photos also I see your massive determination and commitment in photography. My hope one day I would be able to experience this kind of photography as much as you did Bapak ST.

    1. You may notice on the first photos, the background is like blur and the subject remains focus. It is in deed like a moving subject. This is another type of photography technique called "panning" to follow the subject before you finally release the trigger. You can do it on any moving subject to dramatically show that the subject is moving. Great technique. Practice makes perfect.
