Yellow-vented Bulbul @ Kuala Selangor Nature Park, Malaysia

Yellow-vented Bulbul (Pycnonotus goiavier) is a super fast and attractive bird among few hundred species of birds can be found in Kuala Selangor Nature Park, Malaysia. Located just at the foothill of Melawati Hill or Bukit Melawati, Kuala Selangor, the park is one of must-visit destination for nature lovers in Malaysia. 

Kuala Selangor Nature Park has a lot of flora and fauna to offer to the visitors. It is one of the locations for bird watching in Selangor. The park is a residence to many exotic birds, including different type of Flycatchers, Kingfishers, Herons, Bulbuls, Eagles, Malkohas and Flowerpeckers just to name a few and many migratory birds during the month of November to April every year.

  1. I have a question. You've been to many places and photographing so many types of birds. Every time you are birding, how and when you want to identify the birds you have already photographed? Mind sharing your decision process?

    1. Some of the birds I know the name or the species once I see it. Some I don't. So I have to search for the name when I come back, because there are thousand birds around
