Bukit Melawati, Kuala Selangor, Malaysia

Bukit Melawati or Melawati Hill is a well known natural recreational place for both local and tourists. The hill is located just few kilometers from the town of Kuala Selangor, at a very strategic and easily accessible to public transportation. It takes approximately one hour drive from Kuala Lumpur. 

Main attractions include, different species of monkeys, lighthouse, Kuala Selangor nature park or Taman Alam Kuala Selangor, wildlife, museum, fauna and flora. To each the hill top, a train-like transportation is provided at a small fee to the public.
